Gauri is an extremely strong and dedicated working professional who loves being around kids and has a kind heart. Not only she knows how to strike a balance between her professional and personal lives really well, but also to take time out for her NGO and nurture kids with strong, core values.  

She holds a strong educational background with Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Master in Social work (MSW) and Master of Philosophy (M.Phil). She has finished her Diploma in Journalism and is currently studying for PhD from Karve Institute of Social Service, Pune. Gauri has previously worked with different organisation as a professional social worker and at All India Radio Station as a newsreader and reporter. Worked in different communities in Pune city at grassroot level and also administrative level. Worked with Rajmata Jijau Mother and Child Health Nutrition Mission as a Divisional Coordinator for Amravati division including Yavatmal, Buldhana, Akola and Washim. She has 18 years working experience in the field of social work and has expertise in conducting trainings for different officials on reproductive health, child sexual abuse, nutrition, gender, positive parenting, Aakar training for anganwadi workers. 

Alongside, she is a very good orator and loves to script role-plays.

Both Vikas and Gauri are very passionate about their NGO and act as a constant pillar support to each other.
